What is sexual harassment?

It can include the display of sexually suggestive objects, signs, gestures, pictures, notes, or the sending of sexually suggestive emails, voicemails, or text messages to persons who do not want this attention.
Sexual harassment can be subtle or direct. Either way, it can have both personal and professional implications.
It can negatively impact jobs, promotions, raises, income, which ultimately affects a person’s home and personal life.
